Activate your voucher. If your voucher hasn't expired and you are ready to book a date, then you've come to the right place.
Quite simply, you want to exchange your voucher. If you've been given a bungy jumping voucher, but you're afraid of heights, then you can exchange your voucher for another experience of your choice.
Extending your voucher. If your voucher is due to expire in the near future or has expired less than 30 days ago, then you may be eligible to extend your voucher for a small fee (subject to our terms and conditions).
